*TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Open to legal residents of Canada who are licensed contractors or authorized representatives of contracting businesses with an active Gentek Building Products Limited Partnership (“Gentek”) account in good standing. Employees of Gentek, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The promotion begins on August 15, 2025, and ends on October 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Participants will automatically qualify for credit rewards based on the cumulative volume of qualifying ALIGN Composite Cladding cartons and accessories invoiced within the Promotion Period. Earn account credits based on the following thresholds: 1.) $150 credit if at least 20 and not more than 39 boxes plus $500 of eligible ALIGN accessories are invoiced, 2.) $250 credit if at least 40 and not more than 59 boxes plus $1,000 of eligible ALIGN accessories are invoiced and 3.) $350 credit if at least 60 boxes plus $1,500 of eligible ALIGN accessories are invoiced. Maximum total credit available per account is $750. Credits will be applied to the contractor’s Gentek account following purchase verification. Eligible products include ALIGN Composite Cladding and ALIGN accessories that include j-channel, outside corner posts, H-trim and starter strip. All qualifying purchases must be invoiced during the Promotional Period. No retroactive credits or price adjustments will apply. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Participants may only qualify for one (1) credit tier per Gentek account. Gentek reserves the right to verify eligibility and purchasing activity. If new tariffs or government-imposed surcharges are enacted during the Promotion Period, Gentek reserves the right to cancel outstanding purchase orders and reevaluate or withdraw any promotional incentives at its sole discretion. Gentek is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected invoices or system errors that may affect participation. Gentek reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Gentek’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, and the decisions of Gentek, which are final. Gentek reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value. Participant information will be collected and used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with Gentek’s Privacy Policy.
