ExoAir 120

A monolithic, elastomeric asphalt emulsion membrane designed to seal exterior above- grade wall assemblies and mitigate air infiltration/exfiltration, vapor transmission and water penetration. speeding up the construction cycle.

ExoAir 220

A monolithic, elastomeric asphalt emulsion membrane designed to be rolled or sprayed onto exterior above-grade wall assemblies to mitigate air infiltration/exfiltration and water penetration while remaining permeable to the passage of water vapor.

ExoAir 130

A monolithic, elastomeric membrane designed to be rolled or sprayed onto exterior above-grade wall assemblies to mitigate air infiltration/exfiltration, vapor transmission and water penetration.

Self-Adhered Air Barrier Membranes

ExoAir 110AT

A composite 18-mil sheet comprised of 12 mils of butyl adhesive and 6 mils of high-density polypropylene facer designed for use as the membrane on exterior above-grade wall assemblies to mitigate air infiltration/exfiltration, vapor transmission and water penetration or as a component of an air barrier system.

ExoAir 210AT

A composite 21 mil sheet comprised of 19.5 mils of high-performance acrylic adhesive and 1.5 mils of non-woven facer designed for use
as the membrane on exterior abovegrade wall assemblies to mitigate air infiltration/exfiltration and water penetration while remaining
permeable to the passage of water vapor.

Accessories

Dymonic 100

A high-performance, medium-modulus, low-VOC, UV-stable, non-sag polyurethane sealant that is used for detailing prior to air barrier membrane installation and as fluid applied flashing.

ExoAir Primer

A VOC-compliant adhesive primer formulated for use with self-adhered membranes.

 

Sealants

Spectrem® 1

Spectrem® 1 is a high-performance, single-component, moisture-cure, ultra-low modulus silicone sealant.

Basic Uses

  • Spectrem 1 is the ideal sealant for the most demanding dynamically moving joints.
  • This includes material having a high coefficient of linear expansion such as aluminum curtainwalls, precast concrete panels, metal panels and window perimeters.

Spectrem® 2

Spectrem® 2 is a high-performance, single-component, neutral-cure, medium-modulus silicone sealant.

Basic Uses

  • Spectrem 2 is ideal for a variety of perimeter caulking and glazing applications, including 2-sided structural glazing.
  • Spectrem 2 may be used on substrates such as aluminum, glass, steel, painted metal, plastic, stone, concrete and brick.

Dymonic® FC

Dymonic® FC is a high-performance, fast-curing, single-component, low-modulus, hybrid sealant, formulated with proprietary silane end-capped polymer technology.

Basic Uses

  • Dymonic FC is a durable, flexible, sealant that offers excellent performance in moving joints and exhibits tenacious adhesion once fully cured.
  • Typical applications for Dymonic FC include expansion and control joints, precast concrete panel joints, perimeter caulking (windows, door, panels), EIFS, aluminum, masonry and vinyl siding.

Vulkem® 116

Vulkem® 116 is a textured, single-component, moisture-curing, gun-grade polyurethane sealant.

Basic Uses

  • Vulkem 116 is an excellent general-purpose sealant designed for use on poured and precast concrete, masonry work, window and door perimeters, and similar types of construction joints.
  • Vulkem 116 is approved for exterior use only.

Vulkem® 45SSL

Vulkem® 45SSL is a semi-self-leveling, single-component, moisture-curing, low-modulus, polyurethane sealant.

Basic Uses

  • Vulkem 45SSL is formulated for use in expansion joints in sidewalks, swimming pool decks, plazas, floors and any other horizontal surfaces with slopes up to 6% (e.g. 1′ rise for every 16′ run).

Fedderlite® M

Prefabricated Exterior Wall Insulation and Finish System for Use over Solid Substrates

Fedderlite® M is a lightweight panel system ideal for new construction or retrofitting over solid substrates. Mechanically fastened to a smooth, solid substrate, Fedderlite M panels allow for cold weather installation, bypassing adhesive mixing and reducing in-field installation labor. The unique process of embedding reinforcing channels into the continuous insulation allows for easier handling of the panels and provides an integrated mounting rail for attachment to the wall. The ultra-lightweight (approximately 2.5 lb/ft²) construction of these panels facilitates on-site installation.

Fedderlite® M System Features

Ultra-Lightweight Construction -Weighing approximately 2.5 lb/ft², the lightweight construction of the panels facilitates easier handling and on-site installation, saving time and reducing labor costs.

Unique Embedding Process – This process embeds reinforcing channels into the continuous insulation, providing a means for handling and an integrated mounting rail for mechanical attachment to the wall.

Mechanical Attachment – This feature allows for installation in cold weather conditions, bypasses the need for adhesive mixing, and reduces in-field installation labor.

Compatibility with Solid Substrates – The panels must be attached to a smooth, solid substrate, ensuring a streamlined installation and robust attachment.
